Is there a minimum order?

Digital Printing has no minimum order. There is a 6-piece minimum for screen printing and embroidery orders.

Can I order different products for the same design?

Of course! Please send us an email to help@designashirt.com with the styles, colors, sizes and quantities of the products you are interested in and we would be happy to create a custom quote based on their total and their design.
Please note: Some items cannot be combined, like shirts and hats, or pants, or totes, because we print those items differently.

Why won’t my browser load the Design Studio?

DesignAShirt is best viewed in Internet Explorer 8 and above, Firefox 8 and above, or Google Chrome. Additionally, the Design Studio requires the latest version of Adobe Flash. Try updating your programs using the links below. If you still need any help creating your t-shirt masterpiece, just contact our friendly customer service representatives at 800-594-1206.

Can you help me with my design?

Absolutely! Our design specialists are trained to help you make your ideas a reality.

I already have a design; can I email it to you directly?

Yes. Please send us your .jpg, .png, .psd, .ai or .pdf files to help@designashirt.com.

What’s included in my price quote?

Our all-inclusive pricing includes the cost of the shirt and the cost of the printing. We do not charge for screen charges or for standard shipping. …and we don’t charge tax unless you are in AZ.

How do I get a quote for embroidery?

We do embroidery work daily for many of our clients but have yet to perfect the system for online orders. If you are interested in embroidery, please give us a call at 1-888-4TSHIRTS (888-487-4478).

Can I pay with a check or P.O.?

Yes! You will be able to choose to pay by check or purchase order during the checkout process. We currently only accept purchase orders from Schools and Universities. If you are a corporation, please contact us to set up credit terms. Please note: No orders will be processed until a purchase order is approved or a check is received.  

Is my order ready for pick-up?

If you have an account, you can track the status of your order by clicking on My Account and signing in. Check the status of current orders and view your order history. To see detailed order information, click on the order number.
